Official Launch of iExcel Mentoring Project

Please join SFT Foundation Trust to celebrate the launch of iExcel Mentoring Project on Saturday 10th November between 9.30 and 12.30 in central London. The recent increase in youth violence in London have prompted many calls for action and fresh thinking. It is clear that young black boys are disproportionately affected by youth violence and iExcel mentoring project is a response to this call from London Black community.
iExcel is both a youth empowerment and community involvement in youth violence prevention project.
Could you befriend or support a young person in London?

This community project needs you!

Our aims are to:

• Provide role model that can support young people to excel

• Create a safe and friendly space for young people to talk and network

• Provide support to help ease the transition from primary school to secondary school

• Work with young people at risk of becoming victims of gang.
