The hearts of genuine and patriotic Nigerians bleed as the 2019 Presidential election petition tribunal on Wednesday 11th September, 2019 delivered judgement on the petition filed by the presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar against President Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressive Congress (APC). The nation witnessed a total charade called presidential election on 23rd February, 2019 marred by glaring irregularities, intimidation of voters, interference of the Nigerian military in the process, Voters' suppression, misuse of state resources, manipulation of result sheets, fraudulent collation of results and so on.

The leading judge Mohammed Lawal Garba in the series of ruling stated that Buhari is not only qualified but eminently qualified to contest the presidential election. He further stated that by mere showing that he (Buhari) had primary education, attended secondary school courses and proceeded to military school indicates he was qualified. What a disgrace!
It is worthy of note and evident in the proceedings of the court that Buhari stated categorically that his West African Examination Council (WAEC) certificate is in the custody of the Nigerian Army but he submitted affidavit in place of the said certificate hence lying under oath.

Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC spent a whopping sum of about N3 Billion for IT accessories and the Resident Electoral Commissioner of Akwa Ibom State Mr. Mike Igini confirmed on Channels Television that elections will be electronically transmitted yet, tribunal affirmed that manual collation was adopted without referencing the huge amount budgeted for IT by INEC. What a terrible judgement!

It is also an established fact evidenced by the reports of various election monitoring groups that the election was marred by unimaginable irregularities, over voting, Voters' suppression and interference by the Nigerian military. The All Progressive Congress (APC) and their cohorts – Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari, Adams Oshiomhole, Nasir El-Rufai Lai Mohammed, Boss Mustapha, Orji Uzor Kalu, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi and their team must acknowledge they will surely reap what they have sown in Nigeria no matter the length of time or years it might take.

Nigerians must not keep quiet in the face of these judicial rascality, destruction of the nation by terrible judgement of the presidential election petition tribunal including that of Imo West senatorial zone where the tribunal affirmed Rochas okorocha winner, who Prof. Ibeawuchi of Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State. (FUTO) stated in front of media houses that he declared him (Rochas) winner under duress.

Let it be established, even in the event that Nigerians keep quite, nature must surely fight back against All Progressive Congress, APC and their cohorts for all the havoc they wrecked and destroying the judicial system in Nigeria. Let it be known that Nigeria in the nearest possible time will have genuine government and the unimaginable atrocities committed by Buhari and his team must be called to absolute and total account. They will surely face the full wrath of the law. Time is the only factor as the wicked will never go unpunished.
